Victorian

Fashioned from turn of the century Queen Anne Victorian homes in the South, this 5,700 square foot home features unique custom detailing. The massing, or coming together of shapes for an overall effect, is a trait specific to this style. Careful consideration was given to the exact positioning of elements, which include an octagonal turret, a center gable, a gable over a bay, an upstairs front balcony, and a wrap-around front porch.

A steeper roof pitch topped with an angel weathervane highlights the turret. The upstairs front balcony and wrap-around porch, typical of Queen Anne homes in the South, offers panoramic views of the golf course, clubhouse, and fireworks from a local theme park at night.
