![]() Victorian Upon entering this turn-of-the-century Queen Anne Victorian with a vernacular undertone, the visitor experiences the unique approach which the owner wanted to convey through our design. An oculus balcony opens the second floor and round tray ceiling to the distinctive foyer below. Tracing the shape of the balcony, a bowed entrance into the living room emphasizes varied views of the room and the picturesque lake beyond. The 5,863 square foot home is arranged in such a manner that most major rooms, such as the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, and game room, have a view of the lake. The master bedroom is also lakeside, with the master suites entry placed beside the living room and turreted library. A sitting room with an oversized bay window and double doors on axis with the master tub further highlight the superior qualities of the master bedroom suite. The upstairs contains an art studio, two bedrooms and two baths. The connection of these rooms is achieved by the uncommon oculus-shaped balcony. The art studio faces the lake and has its own oversized lakeside balcony. ![]()
